Meto Beer Equipment's fermentation tanks are entirely made of high-quality stainless steel. complying with both domestic and international food safety and hygiene standards. Featuring a cylindrical-conical bottom design, the inner walls are acid washed and passivated to form a protective film. The tanks are insulated with imported high-pressure polyurethane foam and utilize Miller plate cooling jacket technology for heat exchange via coolant to achieve temperature reduction. Each tank is individually controlled with automatic temperature regulation.

High-quality 304 stainless steel and designed according to hygiene requirements.The structural design is highly user-friendly and easy to operate. The jacket can be made of Maitreya plate according to user requirements, and the surface of the can body is polished : The process openings such as inlet and outlet pipes, sight glasses, manholes. etc, and the welding points of the inner tank body are all transitioned using the stretching and flanging process, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process. The lower part of the tank is equipped with a filter, which is beneficial for better filtration of finished products during alcohol production and for the discharge ofyeast and impurities from the fermentation tank.

The open-top fermentation tank is typically made of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, an compliance with food hygiene standards. Its open-top design facilitates feeding, stirring, and monitoring the fermentation process,making it suitable for processes requiring frequent operation or natural fermentation. An optional mechanical stirring device ensures uniform mixing of the fermentation material. Some models are equipped with a jacket or coil for temperature regulation by circulating hot or cold water. A discharge outlet at the bottom allows for easy draining or sampling.
