All tanks are made of China's best brand 304 stainless steel, with TIG automatic welding, and the quality complies
with GB/CE/PED/ASME standards.

The cooling jacket efficiency is greatly improved, reducing energy consumption by 30%. The multi-section
independent temperature control jacket achieves a temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C.
Laser welding technology is used for the cooling jacket, with three options available: dimple plate, corrugated
plate, and half-pipe cooling jackets.
The dimple plate cooling jacket can withstand pressures above 20 Bar.
Tank's inner polishing precision reaches Ra0.4μm, ensuring no dead corners and leaving no place for bacteria to
hide, avoiding hygiene issues.
Strict quality control is implemented during the fermentation tank production process, including three times
rigorous water pressure testing to ensure zero leakage.

Dry hopping is supported, meeting the production needs of beers like IPA. It can also be equipped with a hop
circulation tank interface.
